" Good morning." Leopard smiled, flashing her white teeth.
" Yes, 'tis, isn't it?" Fox replied, swishing his tail. They walked in silence for awhile and then Leopard asked, " If you could have one wish, any wish, what would it be?"
Fox paused for a second before answering, " To have lots and lots of food."
Leopard grinned. Finally! A wish she could grant.
Later on, when Fox had returned to his den, he found a dead zebra lying at the entrance. In a few seconds, all that was left of the zebra was bones. Crawling into his den, belly full, he lay down for a nap. It wasn't long before he was awakened by the thunder of hooves. Cautiously, he poked his head outside, only to find a herd of zebras angrily kicking up dust.
"Where is Zebrado?" One angry zebra snorted.
"Ah! No! I found his skeleton!" Wailed another.
Taking his chance to escape, Fox squirmed back into his den, but the zebras followed him in, stomping on him. From that day on, no-one ever heard Fox complain again.
